Episode Overview
Mr. Plotz enlists the help of a clown, reminiscent of a classic Jerry Lewis character, to entertain at Wakko's birthday bash. However, Mr. Plotz soon discovers from Dr. Scratchansniff that both he and Wakko share a deep-seated fear of clowns. As a result, the clown ends up facing quite a rough time at the party. The chaotic antics and mishaps unfold, leading to the skit becoming a viral sensation online.
