Episode Overview

Malloy and Reed encounter the same inebriated man two times in one evening. They respond to a brawl at a bar and find themselves in a high-speed chase with well-meaning bystanders who make a poor choice. Additionally, they investigate a biker who attempts to intimidate a woman into settling a debt by shooting up her apartment with buckshot.
