Episode Overview

Malloy and Reed come across a man slumped in an alley and rush to help. Later, they must break the sad news to a young wife about her husband. They also encounter a mentally unstable man who erupts in violence while in their patrol car. Their day takes a darker turn when they respond to a robbery that spirals into a tragedy. Throughout these events, the officers are constantly scrutinized by two young, unscrupulous freelance journalists intent on capturing evidence of police misconduct.
