Episode Overview

On his birthday, Malloy finds himself in a predicament when he has to hand over the wheel of 1-Adam-12 to Reed, since he let his driver's license lapse. Anxious about his inexperienced partner behind the wheel, Malloy's day is filled with a variety of calls. They include a bank robbery reported by the robber himself, a burglary affecting multiple neighbors, a baby left abandoned, a tragic situation involving a wife who took her husband's life on their 22nd anniversary, and a drug dealer peddling his products from an ice cream truck.
