Episode Overview

Malloy and Reed look into an extortion scheme targeting Jewish Holocaust survivors. While the dry cleaner owner is prepared to come forward, others remain too scared to speak up due to threats. The officers later return to find the owner's delivery truck on fire, and soon after, he is attacked. They manage to apprehend both suspects involved in the extortion. Additionally, they deal with a bar robbery where the culprits initially flee but are ultimately caught after a shootout. Meanwhile, a drunken man, owed money by a dockmaster, threatens to drop his boat from a crane unless he gets paid.
