Episode Overview

Sgt. MacDonald informs the team that his camper was burglarized, resulting in the theft of three fishing rods and a pair of unique cowboy boots. He offers two complimentary steak dinners for their return. The officers soon encounter another man donning the same distinctive boots that Mac lost. The plot thickens as Malloy, Reed, and Mac ride horses to track down three suspects involved in a stable break-in. Meanwhile, the station faces sniper fire, and Officer Wells, displaying an unusual empathetic side, organizes a fundraiser for a couple and their daughter battling cancer. He later discovers he’s been duped, as the "couple" are notorious con artists with extensive criminal histories.
