In search of a unique comic book, Michelangelo leads the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Casey Jones back to Northampton, Massachusetts. Upon arrival, they stumble upon a sinister scheme orchestrated by a deranged villain who aims to abduct the former members of a legendary superhero group known as The Justice Force.
