Episode Overview

Hal attends his first Neighborhood Association meeting with Malcolm, who eagerly pushes him to accept the position of President. Malcolm views this as a chance to inject some energy into the community, while Hal has other priorities in mind. Meanwhile, Francis starts a new gig as a camp activities coordinator and seeks Dewey's help for innovative game ideas. Dewey enjoys the chance to brainstorm, but things take a dark turn when his frustrated classmates decide to hold their teacher, principal, and janitor hostage.
