Cybill's father, who missed Christmas, suddenly appears in town with exciting news: he’s secured her a coveted role on a TV show spotlighting successful Southern women. However, Cybill quickly discovers that his intentions are far from sincere; he’s using her opportunity to boost his struggling car dealership. Once again, Cybill finds herself let down by her father's selfish motives.
