Ch. Insp. Conway is shocked when an elderly man, a retired police officer, arrives at the station carrying a suitcase filled with half a million pounds that he claims he discovered on the street. While PC Rickman begins to tally the cash, Conway suspects that there must be more to the story, questioning how anyone could be so forthright.
