Episode Overview

Sgt. Penny receives a request from a landlord to check on a woman living on the top floor who has been hoarding cats. Upon reaching her door, he gets shot after realizing his radio is malfunctioning. When Penny fails to answer radio calls, the station grows concerned and launches a search effort. The landlord arrives at the station to speak with D.I. Galloway, who fails to connect the dots. Meanwhile, Insp. Kite arrests four individuals for causing a disturbance, which he inadvertently instigated. Investigations into potentially poisoned chocolate bars lead back to a supermarket.
