Episode Overview

Dashwood is grumbling about Greig's clarinet playing in the office. Roach is enjoying a drink with a married woman, and after she departs, he spots a man whose car has stalled. To his surprise, it’s the former commander of the murder squad, the very man Roach believes wrongly convicted an innocent person. Back at the station, Dashwood learns that Roach has a court appearance the next day, and he needs to notify about 40 witnesses.
