On the night of November 7, 1995, a married couple's home was invaded by three men. They bound the wife, forcing her to watch as they savagely assaulted her husband with a bat, ultimately killing him. Initially, law enforcement suspected the horrific attack was a botched robbery; however, the capture of one of the assailants revealed a more sinister motive behind the violence.
