In "High Off the Hog," the Boggs, a hillbilly family from the Ozarks, unexpectedly strike it rich for a weekend, only to find themselves targeted by deceitful con artists trying to exploit their newfound wealth. In "Reprisals," Trudy Brown takes advantage of the authority bestowed upon her by Mr. Roarke, seeking confidence and self-worth amidst her jealousy toward her cousins' achievements in the Fantasy Island Athletic Competition, which almost leads to her downfall.
