In "The Kleptomaniac," a man named Fred Simpson arrives on the Island seeking help to overcome his stealing compulsion. Tattoo is assigned to monitor him closely, but despite his efforts, Fred continues to slip away and steal. Meanwhile, in "Thank God, I'm a Country Girl," a waitress is determined to present herself as a rich heiress to the daughter she placed for adoption years ago. She hopes to impress her long-lost child and create a connection, showcasing a life of affluence that she never truly had.
