Episode Overview
Megan worries that Rose and Sage lack sufficient extracurriculars to enhance their chances of getting into Duke, so she sets up a volunteer opportunity for them at a charity that provides prom dresses to girls in need. Although the girls initially create chaos with the dresses they’re meant to alter, they manage to resolve the issue in their own creative way. Meanwhile, Megan feels it's time to mend fences with her estranged father and invites him over for dinner. She asks Marco to prepare a meal for two, but when Lily, Will, Rose, and Sage unexpectedly join, the evening takes an enjoyable turn—until Sage stumbles upon an awkward moment involving Lily. By the end of the night, Megan finds common ground with her father but has a heated argument with her best friend Charlie.
