Episode Overview

Ensign Lindsay Ballard makes a surprising return to Voyager after her death on a past away mission. The Kobali, an alien species that can bring the dead back to life through genetic engineering, have resurrected her and integrated her into their society. As her Kobali genes begin to fully manifest, Lindsay faces a difficult decision: remain with her former crew on Voyager or embrace her new identity and family among the Kobali.
