Episode Overview

At the Montecito, a guest celebrates a major win only to have his wallet stolen before he can enjoy his luck. This prompts Danny, Sam, and Ed to investigate the theft on the premises. Fortunately, the wallet is returned by a kind stranger, prompting Danny and Sam to reward the Good Samaritan with a special gift. Meanwhile, a suspicious slot machine displays unusually high payouts, leading the security team to determine if it's malfunctioning or if a clever guest is behind it. Additionally, Ed wrestles with jealousy when he learns that Jillian (Cheryl Ladd) has been spending time with musician Marc McGrath (playing himself), while an overly eager agent pressures Mary to promote his untalented client at the Montecito.
