After spending two decades in Texas, Chris and Ihor returned to Canada and began their search for a new home. After viewing six properties, they settled on one in a desirable neighborhood and brought in a Home Inspector to ensure it was in good shape. However, it also noted that the inspector only evaluated surface conditions and recommended hiring a qualified contractor for a thorough inspection of major systems like plumbing and electrical.
