Episode Overview

A photographer dreams of setting up a photo studio in his backyard and meticulously follows all the necessary procedures. He secures blueprints, gets approvals, and navigates through confusing stop work orders from city officials. Only after the Mayor steps in does construction finally wrap up—at least that’s what he believes. Fast forward three years, and the studio's flat roof is riddled with leaks. Mike Holmes quickly pinpoints the issue: the waterproof membrane was never completed. As the Holmes On Homes™ team investigates further, they discover the water damage is so severe that they have no option but to tear the entire roof down!
