Episode Overview

Kathleen, an elderly woman living alone in a high-rise, found herself in need of a bathroom renovation to accommodate her wheelchair due to a degenerative illness. After a year of delays and two failed contractors, Mike shows up to discover that the bathroom has been reduced to a bare concrete shell, with all previous work removed. Determined to help, Mike not only restores the bathroom but also enhances the entire apartment, making it fully accessible for Kathleen’s needs.
