Episode Overview

The Holmes Crew examines a home plagued by sporadic heating problems since its construction six years ago, issues that the builder and Ontario's New Home Warranty Program failed to resolve due to a tangled web of bureaucracy and temporary fixes. Their investigation reveals that the heating troubles stemmed from design changes made to the house that weren’t accompanied by corresponding updates to the HVAC system. As a result, Holmes and his team are left with no choice but to overhaul the entire HVAC, hot water, and electrical systems.
