Big Pete sets his sights on earning a varsity letter and rising in popularity by joining the wrestling team, but soon discovers that solo sports require more effort than he anticipated. As he prepares for a showdown with the formidable "Endless" Mike Hellstrom, he receives guidance from Ellen, an enthusiastic wrestling fan. However, their training sessions face challenges due to the interference of Beano Glattner, the school's wrestling coach, who complicates Ellen's attempts to support Big Pete.
