Overview
Set against the backdrop of 1950s Spain, a couple eagerly calls their son back from Mexico to meet his prospective bride. However, their excitement turns to disbelief when he arrives not with a fiancée, but with a male ballet dancer. As familial expectations clash with personal truths, the tension unfolds in a society grappling with rigid norms and hidden desires.
