Randy Dewitt, the CEO of Twin Peaks, decides to go incognito at his own sports bar and grill franchise. To assist him in this endeavor, he teams up with Coby Brooks, a previous participant on "Undercover Boss" and a franchise owner. Together, they navigate the challenges of the restaurant environment, allowing Randy to gain firsthand experience of the operations and the employees who contribute to the brand’s success.
