A warlock keeps trying to eliminate the Charmed Ones, with the demon Tempus assisting him by rewinding time after each unsuccessful attempt. As a result of this relentless time loop and her premonition abilities, Phoebe starts experiencing intense déjà vu, which leads her to realize that dark forces are targeting them.
