Episode Overview

Piper, Paige, and Leo find it challenging to persuade Phoebe, who has transformed into a mermaid, to return to her responsibilities as a Charmed One. Phoebe prefers to escape her troubles with Cole by retreating into the ocean. Meanwhile, Piper attempts to cast a spell to eliminate her panic attacks, but instead of confronting her anxiety, she buries it, putting herself and her unborn baby at risk when a sea demon targets her sister. To assist Phoebe, Paige makes a bold decision and seeks out Cole, who now possesses new demonic abilities.
