Phoebe and Paige embark on a quest to find Leo after Paige inadvertently gives a cheerful Piper amnesia. As they investigate, the sisters uncover that Leo is imprisoned on the legendary Island of Valhalla. Unbeknownst to them, Chris is behind this situation, orchestrating his own secretive agenda. Meanwhile, Phoebe realizes she has developed empathic abilities, which introduces her to the complexities and risks that come with this new power.
