After a demon breaks free from confinement, Agent Murphy reaches out to the Charmed Ones for assistance. They discover that a virus, engineered by the government, is rapidly spreading among magical creatures, causing them to lose control and become aggressive. As the crisis unfolds, Billie contracts the virus, putting her in danger. The sisters must race against time to locate an antidote to save her and stop the chaos from escalating further.
