Episode Overview

The episode kicks off with the elimination of two dancers from last week’s competition. The format remains similar, but this time the female dancers choose their partners, while the males select the dance styles. Mary steps in as a judge to replace Mia, who will instead take on a choreographer role. Nigel, Brian, and Dan continue as judges. The 14 dancers pair up for the first round: Snow and Jamile perform a Quick Step, Destini and Blake showcase Lyrical Jazz, Melody and Craig bring Hip Hop, Michelle and Nick do another Quick Step, Ashle and Artem dance Lyrical Jazz, Kamilah and Allan take on Hip Hop, and Melissa and Ryan present Salsa. Everyone is thrilled to see so many familiar pairings returning from last week. In the second round, the couples facing elimination perform solo, and audience voting begins.
