Episode Overview

The episode began with last year's champion, Nick Lazzarini, showcasing a solo performance. Following that, Cat welcomed the judges for this episode: Nigel Lithgoe, Mary Murphy, and Dan Karaty. She revealed a new twist for the competition: instead of drawing partners each week, contestants would be randomly paired and remain together until one is eliminated.
