As a storm rolls in, Tom finds himself stuck outside. Once he finally makes it indoors after the downpour ends, he encounters Jerry and Tuffy, who take delight in teasing him. They splash water on both Tom and Spike, along with Tyke, making the situation even more chaotic and frustrating for the cats.
