When Tom and Jerry stumble upon an autographed baseball, Jerry immediately tells Tom to steer clear of it. Although Tom tries to follow this advice, Jerry has different plans in mind. This leads to a wild chase through the neighborhood as they both scramble to get their hands on the coveted ball.
