After Billy is accidentally knocked into an ultra-magnetic field, he suffers from memory loss. The Shadow Master seizes this opportunity, claiming to be his father and persuading him to take on the role of the new Shadow Boss. Meanwhile, Jimmy and Marian join forces to rescue the true Billy, racing against time to restore his memories before they vanish for good.
