Facing a dire menace from the Shadow Master, the Shadow Khan reconstructs the Shadow Dojo and unleashes chaos in Metro City through terrifying illusions that reflect people's deepest fears. To combat this threat, the Double Dragons must locate the Dragon Claws and put a stop to the Shadow Khan's reign of terror, enlisting the aid of Dr. Linquist and his son in their mission.
