Episode Overview

Eric Delko finds himself at the bank when an ATM swallows his debit card, only to be caught in a hold-up by three masked robbers. Despite knowing the odds are against him, Delko springs into action when one of the criminals attempts to assault a woman, leading to a chaotic shootout. The investigation, spurred by security footage, leads the team to Miami University and the next intended target. Horatio manages to apprehend one suspect, uncovering a chilling connection to a video game called "Urban Hellraisers."
