Episode Overview
A young Chinese researcher has created a lethal particle "ray gun" weapon. When a nearby gang abducts his uncle in an attempt to seize the weapon, Bill devises a plan to rescue him, but things don’t go as intended. As a result, Ralph is forced to put his suit to the test against the dangerous ray.
