Episode Overview

Ramona and Owen are puzzled by the sudden distance between Charlie and Claude, unaware that the two have been secretly dating while trying to keep it under wraps at work. Their efforts to remain discreet are challenged by Ramona and Owen’s incessant curiosity. Claude convinces Charlie to confide in their friends, banking on their trust, but the next day, the entire office is buzzing about their relationship, leaving them feeling exposed. To regain their privacy, they publicly end their relationship, returning to their clandestine romance. Meanwhile, Lydia seeks guidance from the influential Norma Craft, only to find herself as Norma's sounding board for her personal issues. Realizing the arrangement is unproductive, Lydia decides to end it just as Norma plans a prank involving cat litter on Alan Turnbach's desk!
