Episode Overview

Claude wrestles with her conscience when she finds herself lying on Will's behalf. She feels guilty for concealing one of Will's misadventures and misleading both Ramona and his wife. However, after a heart-to-heart with Ramona, she finds some relief. Meanwhile, the staff participates in a companywide meeting, tasked with choosing a "floor buddy," someone from a different floor to connect with. Initially irritated by Owen, Lydia soon realizes she misses his unique support. Meanwhile, Ramona and Kipp feign animosity despite having enjoyed their time together in the Hamptons.
