Grace is thrilled to have an enthusiastic intern to guide, but her excitement quickly turns to dismay when the intern transforms into a carbon copy of the bold and brash Karen, creating chaos with her over-the-top persona. Meanwhile, Will and Jack offer to perform skits for a police seminar on LGBTQ+ sensitivity, but their good intentions spiral into conflict when they clash with two outspoken lesbian actresses who take issue with their outdated and exclusionary language.
