Episode Overview

Grace finds herself at a holiday gathering at Will's mother Marilyn's house when she accidentally shatters a beloved Lladro figurine. Will persuades her to keep quiet about the mishap and instead pin the blame on another partygoer. Meanwhile, Karen's stepdaughter, Olivia, arrives for the Christmas season. While having lunch at the mall, they begin to poke fun at others, but Karen's comments are particularly harsh, leaving Olivia and her friends feeling hurt and offended.
