Will decides to let go of Karen's pastry chef, but things take an unexpected turn when the chef creates a deliciously complicated love triangle involving all three of them. Meanwhile, Grace seeks Jack's assistance to help her boyfriend Nick kickstart his career as a television writer, but Jack ends up crushing Nick's aspirations of becoming a successful scriptwriter.
