Episode Overview
Eileen Stevens is hosting an elegant dinner for Lieutenant Governor Woods and his wife Dottie, hoping to win his support for her family care bill, with French chef Pierre catering the event. Meanwhile, Ren is frustrated with Louis, who has made a mess of past dinners, forcing the kids to eat take-out in the backyard. Louis, in a fit of mischief, swipes food from the kitchen, angering the chef. A duck wanders into their yard, and Louis names him "Seymour." When Chef Pierre comes looking for his intended dish, the kids refuse to part with Seymour, causing the chef to storm off. The Lieutenant Governor is eager to eat before discussing politics. Louis improvises some candy-based appetizers, which the Woods couple mistakenly believe are Chef Pierre's creations and praise. Donnie frantically searches for a duck, but his quest only leads him to a "Bucket O' Duck."
