Episode Overview
In the detention center, the drug trafficker who refused to cooperate with FOON-HEI is murdered. With this elimination, FOON-HEI successfully secures dominance over Hong Kong's drug trade. Grateful for KA-KEUNG's loyalty, FOON-HEI entrusts him with managing the drug operations. Meanwhile, SIN-YAN stumbles upon an eavesdropping device planted by CHEUK HOI. CHEUK HOI later invites SIU-KA for a meeting to exchange information, but he attempts to eliminate SIN-YAN by fleeing with SIU-KA in a car. SIU-KA discovers that CHEUK HOI is under investigation by the ICAC, prompting her and HO-KAN to assess his reliability.
