MUK-WING finds himself a victim of cheating in a betting scheme and attempts to reclaim his lost money from his adversary, only to be captured in the process. Fortunately, SIU-KA senses that KA-KEUNG is in peril and rushes to his aid. Meanwhile, in prison, HO-KAN and FOON-HEI begin to bond. FOON-HEI is distressed upon learning that some inmates are engaging in usury, prompting HO-KAN to address the issue. Grateful for HO-KAN's intervention, FOON-HEI promises future employment. As TAK-FU prepares to reveal the outcome of the illegal betting operation, SIU-KA intervenes to assist KA-KEUNG, leading to his victory.
