S01E01 Flight
Episode Overview
To achieve flight, one crucial element is air. Though we often overlook it, air surrounds us, playing a vital role in movement. It fills balloons, creating tension that allows them to rise, and the air pressure within tires enables vehicles like bikes, trucks, and planes to carry their loads. Air is not just confined to objects; it can exert force as it flows. Common to all flying entities—birds, planes, kites, Frisbees, and helicopters—is their reliance on the lift generated by moving air. Airplane wings are designed to push air downward, resulting in an upward thrust that keeps them soaring high above.
