S04E01 Rivers & Streams
Episode Overview
Water holds immense significance, and rivers possess incredible strength. As they cascade downhill, rivers erode rock and soil, carving out canyons and creating serpentine bends known as meanders. Occasionally, rivers swell beyond their banks, leading to floods that can sweep away vegetation, structures, and even large boulders. These rivers and streams are vital to sustaining the majority of terrestrial ecosystems.
