Episode Overview

The Governor's daughter is in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant. Sammo, an old friend of the Governor from their days in China, is now working in LA. During transport, the heart is stolen when an ambulance is ambushed, leading to a ransom call for the Governor. The kidnappers demand that he sign pardons for three serial killers, threatening his daughter's chance at a new heart. Realizing his daughter’s life is more important than his job, the Governor agrees to the demands, trusting that Sammo and the MCU will track down the criminals before they can strike again.
