Episode Overview
Simmons successfully infiltrates the Red Base after deciphering the weak password set by Grif and Donut. Eager to reveal the Blues’ strategies, he finds that Sarge still sees him as a traitor and insists on holding a trial, appointing himself as both judge and prosecutor. However, the trial quickly falls apart when Grif points out that Donut will want to play bailiff while wearing hotpants. Consequently, Simmons’ punishment is reduced to a hefty fine, which he must divide between Sarge and Grif. Meanwhile, O'Malley, Doc, and Lopez return to the gulch. As O'Malley approaches the Blue Base, Church greets him with a "warning shot," revealing to Caboose that he aimed to hit O'Malley. O'Malley accuses the Blues of planning an ambush, but Church clarifies that he just wants to set some ground rules: O'Malley is to enter, assess Tucker, and leave
