Episode Overview

Simmons attempts to persuade Sarge that he really did spot a tank behind him. Donut backs him up, but Sarge brushes off his claim, calling him "impressionable," while Grif simply denies it to make Simmons look foolish. Meanwhile, the Blues exchange barbs about their panicked, chaotic assault on the alien. Tex decides to take matters into her own hands and rushes into the complex, leaving the others to argue about Church's supposed bravery. However, as soon as Tex enters, she is swiftly taken down and returns as a ghost. Back at Blood Gulch, Simmons and Donut end up in a brawl over the hovercraft that Simmons wants to use to locate the tank. Thinking Simmons has lost it, Sarge promotes Grif to his "Number Two," but Grif's laziness soon costs him that title.
